Longing for a touch of sky, she heaved a heavy but knowingly sigh. For looking within the depths of brown and blue, she saw it melting into one undescribable marvelous hue.
The boat had dropped all passengers on the shore before sailing away again. Not even the time to rearrange her bags and she was left alone. No-one to greet her, no buses, no taxis. She had to rely on the rough directions of that brochure drawing, rather a sketch than a proper map.
After the longest walk of her life, she realized that was the place. Its looks were not luxurious, but she did like a good sense of humour and their payoff certainly was not a dull one: "love and lust at leisure". Still, she went to bed a little skeptical. When she woke up the next morning, though, she knew all of a sudden that even their name was meaningful and true.
Weeks later, when she found that brochure at the bottom of her purse, she shook her head, trying to shake memories away, but she could not help smiling with a twinkle in her eyes. Heaven On Earth was a place she had to visit again, soon.
